I'm a undergrad student at Bennett University in the B-Tech, Computer Science program. My main areas of interest are machine learning and AI. I like to explore the existing and potential application of ML and AI in day-to-day life. Some of the interesting projects that I have worked on are: using kernel adaptive filtering to make predictions on chaotic time series data, using natural language processing to identify market trends. My chief takeaways from these exercises were that, in-order for these technologies to become a standard, it is necessary to bridge the gap between machine learning models that computer scientists and statisticians create and the public that only understand the basics of the fields, wherein comes the importance of gui, websites and mobile applications. These have driven me to take up a number of courses and projects in these fields.
