I have always been attracted to technology, learning the implementations, and the working behind it. Logical reasoning has been my forte and has helped me a lot in my programming career especially in developing Android apps and ideas to build something fascinating. My ultimate goal is to create something worthwhile, which will have a global impact and will revolutionize the way we perceive things usually. I think the biggest challenge has always been to reach a level higher than ordinary and this wish to succeed, proceeding from ordinary to extraordinary is what propels me ahead.
I along with my team from college won the I HACK hackathon 2019 held at IIT- B. I was a part of Grow with Google scholarship offered by Udacity in 2018 and am Udacity Android Basics Nanodegree graduate. In the scholarship program, I conducted Udacity India's first student-led webinar, link to which is attached in the links section. I have done open source contribution for Eventyay app by Fossasia. I am also the Developer Student Club Lead for my campus and am responsible for running the student chapter. I was also recently selected for summer internship May 2020 at JP Morgan and Chase.
Working on the Maze Solver Project using computer vision was one of the most complex projects I have worked on as it had tons of new concepts to implement. Going through searching and traversing algorithm, implementing it to the image containing the robotic maze, identifying algorithm and finding the optimum path to solve the maze were the major tasks in the project. Apart from knowledge in the field of Computer Vision and Algorithms, learning to work effectively as a team is the greatest knowledge I gained from the project and hoping to bring the same team spirit to this hackathon as well.
This hackathon provides the perfect platform to showcase my skills, challenge myself with code and build a great project to help the community. So I will be grateful to be a part of this event.
