Gonzalo Barria

I will tell you the following important points of my career:

• In 2000, I graduated from Federico Santa Maria Technical University as a Software Engineer.
• In Chile, I worked for a company called PreviRed for 13 years. The first 4 years I worked as a Junior Developer in the FrontEnd part with JSP and Javascript and I also had to work with SQL Server. During the next four years I led a team of five developers. During my eighth year at the company, I became Project Manager in charge of 12 people. It was a position I held for about five years.
• In 2016, I decided to resign and started my journey as an entrepreneur wich led me to support online education on the topic of finance, real estate and other investments. I developed websites and online academies for various therapists and coaches. My duties included creating email marketing automations, sales funnels, integration with payment platforms, and building their online educational platform. Basically, everything you need to run a successful online business.
• As of 2019, I have partnered (to date) with a Mexican colleague with whom I am developing web pages, educational platforms for political parties and universities. We also had private clients who requested inventory web apps and mobile apps. My experience includes React JS, Next.js, TypeScript, React Native, SQL and NodeJS.
  Furthermore, I recently certified as Alchemy Certified Ethereum Developer at Alchemy University as I understand now that Blockchain technology is the future. I’m already developing Smart Contracts and creating dApps.
  Challenges excite me, as do learning new things, seeing new ways to do things, and then seeing how to do them better after I've learned them.
