Erik Young

I'm a software engineer from the United States with a passion for distributed systems, applied cryptography, and the Ethereum ecosystem. I'm also the Engineering Lead and CEO for spctcl, which develops the Mycelium distributed IoT device network and protocol. I work with an incredible team from around the world.

I hold an M.S. in Computer Science from University of Massachusetts, Boston, and have completed five Ethereum hackathons, both online and in person, including Scaling Ethereum 2021, the 2021 and 2022 Chainlink Spring Hackathons, ETH Denver 2022, and ETH Seoul 2022.
