Background in data science & building DeFi apps. Quite familiar with Solidity and Python.
Most notably previously built RoboVault in 2021 a vault app that utilised Delta Neutral Strategies to hedge against IL. We had decent success with peak tvl of $50M w/out token but ultimitely decided to sunset the product in early 2023.
Have also worked with a number of other teams in helping build DeFi products primarily on the smart contract side but also assisting with things like backtesting and data analysis. I.e. Outside of Crypto previously worked at a start up building modular plug & play solar microgrids as Data Scientist / CFO. Some notable things built there included
- AI to detect rooftops from satellite images & design optimal microgrids
- Simulations for optimal microgrid design (i.e. optimal panel / battery / cable sizing)
- Development of algorithms to design optimal cable paths for microgrids
