In the technical world, I'd say I'm good at working with AI and it's fundamentals. I love working with abstract concepts and turning them into workable products.
There are several things that make me do what I do. Making things has always been interesting to me. For the same reason I like painting and writing, I like working on technical projects because of the room for creativity that they provide. Moreover, I love sharing what I learn with others, which is why I'm always engaged with the community. I've always strived to help juniors and contribute to developing their interest in this craft.
Until today, the most complex project that I've worked on or am currently working on is a neural-network based transducer. When it's done, it'll convert acoustic guitar sounds to electric.
During this process, I learnt a lot of stuff. I learnt about the process of data generation, MIDI file formats, sound representation, psychoacoustics, human sound perception, signal processing, and all the software glues that put these together. I'm still working on it and I hope to learn more about everthing there is to know to music style transfer, preferably in real time.
