My name is Aakash Roy, and I am a freshman student at Amrita AHEAD, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham in India. I am majoring in Computer Science. I expected to graduate in Spring 2024. I am pursuing an online degree program - I have various reasons for this decision, one of such is flexibility and availability of time to do and learn more and not just being busy with my academics.
I have a passion for problem-solving, which inspired me to pursue these areas. My goal is to become an AI researcher and to shape the future of AI. I also have an interest in Quantum Computing and Space exploration. Apart from my academics, I also love to write and teach & mentor fellow students. I am actively contributing to open source projects, to mention I have successfully contributed to Google APIs and Facebook Research projects.
Currently, I am seeking entry-level Software Engineering opportunities that will keep me exploring, learning, and developing my programming skills. I am looking for teams working on cutting-edge projects.
