Created an intuitive dashboard named "Leavelytics" in React JS which offers a clear monthly snapshot to both Project Manager and Delivery Manager of employee leave information, preventing revenue loss from delays and ensuring consistent operational
performance. The dashboard fetches leave data from Excel, where employees input their leave details, and presents a summarized view along with additional details for the replacement of that employee. Actively engaged in daily scrum calls to provide regular updates and stay aligned with the team's progress and learned project management using Agile methodology.
