Sriharsh Aditya

I'm a 4th(final) year student of ECE at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. I'm a technology freak who likes to play with languages and frameworks like the paint brushes of an artist to build cool things from scratch. I'm hooked to software development for the past 2 years and have acquired decent learning and experience. I've done two serious internships where I worked with a small team and had the responsibility of building things from scartch mostly. I have the experience of working collaboratively in a team. I'm pretty strong in adapting to new environments and technologies. In my internships there have been times where I had to learn a new framework/technology in less than a day and start implementing it immediately with good coding standards and do everything within a time constraint. I have also participated in competitive hackathons where I had to build things within 36 hours without any sleep. With these experiences, I have the confidence to complete any task assigned to me as close to perfect as possible.

1. Worked towards creating a platform from scratch that could register students and help track their activities throughout the bootcamp. For Ex- The projects that they created in the hackathons conducted there.
2. As a teaching assistant I was involved in organising hackathons and helping students with programming related doubts.
3. Worked towards building a community of software developers by initiating an open source culture like GSoC(Google Summer of Code) in the bootcamp.

1. Managed user details and processed user requests by implementing REST APIs in Node.JS
2. Worked towards adding new features to the application wherein parents could get information related to Covid-19 from professionals.
3. Worked with MongoDB to store relevant user related data and also the information that needed to be displayed accordingly.
4. Created a frontend resource that connected daycare centres with parents using Quasar(Vue.JS framework).
5. Worked closely with the designers in a small team of ten and was actively involved in the meetings that took place regarding betterment of things in the company.
