I am builder who has worked on a few web 3 projects, been a part of a fellowship and have been in this space since a good amount of time to understand stuff. I have worked with multiple chains and have development exp in solidity and javascript. Kinda have hacked full projects but I can work on smart contracts and my playground is firebase.
