# VoteChain was primarily developed to implement Blockchain voting facilities, this was further deployed on Ethereum and Polygon. This was developed using JavaScript, Solidity, and Hardhat. This can be widely used in any voting facility thereby proving to be more secure and reliable.
# KYChain was developed to implement KYC facilities and integrate them with real-world scenarios using a multi-party schema which was developed using JavaScript, Solidity, and Hardhat.
# Lottery Smart Contract: We set up a lottery system on a Blockchain network by deploying it on chain using JavaScript, Solidity, Hardhat, and Chainlink Oracle.
# Real Estate Escrow: We replace the middleman system by deploying a smart contract that matches the seller's estimate and provides an accurate price for the buyer. We are implementing ERC 721 to represent the real estate properties. This would aid greatly by matching the buyer to a suitable seller without the involvement of any external middlemen.
