Shivay Lamba

I am Shivay Lamba, an aspiring developer with good experience in technologies such as Web Development using ReactJS_NodeJS, Machine Learning and Cross Platform App Development using React Native.

I love technology and like to make products which can bring about help to people or to the society. That's the reason I love to take part in hackathons. They not only make you work hard and work smartly, since the product has to be delivered in a very short time, they also make you improve your communication, team building and leadership skills, resulting in your overall development as a person.

After having participated in more than 10 hackathons I feel I am a very confident person with requisite technical knowledge and understand the nuances of how to work while being there in a hackathon.

One of the most complex project that I worked upon was during my internship at Metvy Pvt Ltd. It is a very young startup which wanted to make a recommendation engine for people based on similar interests and skill set. But we didnt have any starting dataset to work with. so we had to make our machine learning model with assumptions, and despite this our model worked with more than 85% accuracy when it got fed with real data
