From a very early stage. I have been passionate towards new technologies and building software. My zeal for technologies has given me an opportunity to be an active developer at SDSLabs in IIT Roorkee, which is a small group of students that fosters the growth of software development in our campus.
In my freshman year at IIT Roorkee. I tried my hands on exploring the various fields of software development. I learned various languages like C++, Java, Python, Rust, PHP, bash, javascript and technologies like MySQL, Matlab, octave, LTspice, Vivado, git.
Being in Programming and Algorithms Group (PAG), I regularly participate in contests on platforms like codeforces and codechef which helps me develop my problem-solving skill.
I have worked on quite a few projects like gesture recognition model using CNN, Quizio (a quiz hosting webapp), Accounts for SDSLabs, being the most complex project until now. It integrates different web applications of SDSLabs such as backdoor (backdoor.sdslabs.co), Erdos (erdos.sdslabs.co), Codevillage (codevillage.sdslabs.co). My part was to add OAuth of google, facebook, and GitHub in it, also including OAuth for SDSLabs.
I am always in thirst for any new technology or any new challenging task that I can put my hands on. Be it optimizing code using algorithms or using something completely different, I am always ready to try out something new.
I have also taken part in many hackathons held in our campus, some of which are SDS Campus Hackathon and Microsoft Code.fun.do and I believe HackInOut provides a decent platform to show off my talent and learn great skills in almost no time. This makes me excited and eager to participate in it.
