I am currently in 3rd Year of B.Tech in DJ Sanghvi College of Engineering. I started my professional journey by completing diploma from Shri Bhaghubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic in Information Technology.

I have interned in a logistics service provider company where I worked as web developer and explored the world of web development.

The final year project of diploma was an industry requirement for one company, which was a CRM, a management tool for customer and managers.

Company generates a ticket for every issue or query proposed by the support team of IVCargo. The task was to provide an interface to user through which they can generate the ticket in OpenProject which would notify the managers regarding the ticket and they would assign the ticket to the developers. Further, whenever the task of ticket progresses, a notification is sent to the user as well as managers through mail. For developing the user interface I had used Bootstrap and jQuery. The backend consists of Java, Spring Boot, Unirest and Mail API with PostgreSQL as database. OpenProject which is a web-based project management system was used through its API for creating tickets.

The project developed is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application for a company which manages, monitors, tracks all the field resources and provide statistical reports about the performance of the same. The reports will be generated on daily basis as well as on duration basis that can be either monthly, quarterly or yearly. Also, I have to generate Tickets and Enquiry by which the work will be assigned to the company executives.I have to generate reports according to the executives, generate their PL and accordingly handling the payment of the executives. In this application, we have to build an API using Spring Boot and Java, by which a web application and mobile application working on both iOS and Android platforms calls the API and performs their respective functionalities.The mobile application is developed using Flutter. With the database as PostgreSQL.
