As Iam a woman pursuing engineering in a society were men dominate , due to the fear of being average in the technical field I started learning about new technologies.And the latest technology which attracted me the most is "augmented reality".I started learning it by myself through videos,books.And I attended a workshop conducted at NIT which strengthened my basic knowledge in it.Through these learning process I understood that how technology can bring change in everything .And I really got the confidence to say that 'Iam ready to do it by learning'.
My friends ,both female & male joined their hands to bring about a change in the way of current academic life through organization such as IEEE, IEDC (Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell).And this helped me to achieve new skills such as documentation, leadership.
You will find that various experiences from both my academic career and my personal life align very well with the mission to bridge the gender gap and empower women.
