I'm a Final-year Student currently pursuing Computer Engineering in KJ Somaiya College Of Engineering, Vidyavihar, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
The first time I started coding was when I opted for a Computer Science elective in my school when I was in the 9th grade. Initially, it was difficult but soon got the hang of the logic that was needed. I love doing competitive coding on platforms like Hackerrank, Codechef, HackerEarth, etc. I am proficient in a variety of programming languages such as C, C++, and Java being my strong point. I also know web programming languages such as HTML, CSS and scripting languages like javascript, jQuery and frameworks like Angular 2 and server-side languages like PHP. I have also worked on Bootstrap as a framework for developing websites. I love to explore and learn the new technologies in the market to get a grasp on the technologies that the current industry is using. I have worked on a java project comprising of advanced java concepts like awt, events, and applets as a part of our college project. I am currently learning server-side programming in java like Servlets, JSP, and frameworks like Spring MVC. I have also developed a website similar to any online restaurant website using the web technologies mentioned above. I have attended various hackathons before and have a good understanding of how hackathons work and how to go about it. Also, my team won the SIH 2019 in our category where the problem statement was given by AICTE. The main reason for attending hackathons is to gain as much experience as I can from these events and also interact with other developers at such events and meetups. I also have an interest in cybersecurity and have completed an ethical hacking course in my college for which I received a certificate.
