"THE DOCTOR YOU WANT" DocUp is all in one solution for all the appointment related issues with your preferred doctors at your convenience.
The problem DocUp solves
DocUp is quick and easy way for booking an appointment for patients with their preferred doctors. Currently in rural areas, People still have to travel hundreds of kilometers just to book an appointment.
They have to queue for a very long time waiting for their turn which is very tiring and wastes a lot of their time.
DocUp will make this process very easy as now there is no need for them to travel such long distances.
It will basically connect both doctors and patients as doctors will also have the track of patients to be visited.
Users can also know which doctor will be present at that specific time and which doctor will give medical treatment in
shortest possible time.
Challenges we ran into
Our project ran into some problems as it was our first ever hackathon and we were going to build it for people who are not able to get any treatment in shortest possible time as we were lowering the hurdles between the doctors and patients.Well,
talking about problems ,feeding in patient details for a particular doctor was a problem for us we solved it by using ejs.
Another faced problem was encryption of password ,It was main task for us as it can lead us to data leak , thats why by using
bcrypt we stored the password in hash form. Linking of back end and front end was also a big part but somehow through resources we managed to do that too.
